We are looking for an outstanding web marketing person to join our team.
NOTE - This Role has now been filled, thank you everyone for your interest, we look forward to making an announcement soon!
We are looking to recruit an SEO and web marketing specialist team member in order to keep up with growing demand for our services.
The role:
Your role will involve using Internet marketing disciplines including Search Engine Optimisation, Social media, PPC advertising , email marketing, Web design, copy-writing and link building in a co-ordinated manner to build traffic and sales to our clients’ web sites.
An aspect of the role includes account management, as we work closely with each client to deliver them results and help them achieve their business goals.
You will work closely with our technical team - programmers and designers - to ensure that our clients sites are always well optimized, well thought out, beautiful and successful.
There will also be an off-line aspect to the role, as you will be able to get involved in our in-house marketing projects. Creative and fresh thinking will be much valued as we continue to strive to take the business to the next level.
Essential attributes:
Your good people skills are essential, not only to have fun within our small team, but also to give the best possible attention to our clients, helping to understand their needs and translate them into verifiable results on-line.
You will also be able to write well with a better grasp of English than mine, and the ability to author texts on a wide number of topics. You are obviously very computer literate with great knowledge of office applications and web and social media sites.

Attributes we’d like you to have:
- You are proactive, creative, and able to come up with new ideas.
- You will get on well with our clients and our team.
- You work efficiently so that we can get plenty done for our clients.
- You want to take this part of the business by the neck, shape it and grow it as you develop yourself.
- You'll turn your hand to anything, because being a small team we have to, and variety is good.
- You like to be part of a small and growing team where you can really have an impact.
- Tickets in Google Analytics or Adwords? We value experience.

Training & Development:
We have a strong focus on training and development, so if you don’t know it all yet we will help you develop into the areas that are newer for you. But at the same time you will need to be ready to make progress quickly. You can demonstrate that you are committed to continually developing your own skills, getting on in a team situation, and ambitious to become a leader in the continued growth area of internet commerce and marketing.
If you haven’t done it all but have the right approach, then you will soon pick up the rest by working within our established and effective internet marketing team.
What are we like?
Well we’re not overly corporate, but we are very organised in looking after our clients - and completely committed to making their businesses a success. We are ambitious to grow our team and develop the careers of the people in it. We’re not the funkiest coolest little design company in the world, but flowery shirts are OK if that’s your thing (all styles of people are very welcome), and while we’re working hard we try to have fun too. Here we are.
We like people that contribute their ideas and enthusiasm as well as their time, and are not afraid to be wrong sometimes - or make mistakes and learn from them.
We'll be in a funky new building at the end of January - state of the art and a great environment to be in.
The future:
If you’re good we’d like you still to be here in several years time, enjoying the continually expanding opportunities that this talented team create.
