Why have a CMS?

Why would you want to have a simple content managed web site? 

Well you may have a static site, but you've realised that you want to update pages occasionally, and have to pay the developer each time you do so.  With a content managed site you may just log in, and update what you want.

You may have heard that search engines love fresh content, and for that you need to update your pages quite often.  After all you do want people to see your site don't you?

You may want to take the web seriously and really start getting some sales from it.  Well you will probably need a CMS of one kind or another if you want to start moving ahead and making some money on line.
